Single room, shared bathroom: £230 per week
Single ensuite room: £240 per week
£20 extra per week for bookings under 4 weeks

Terms and Conditions:
Stays must begin and end on a Saturday or Sunday. Minimum age 18. Cancellation, postponement or curtailment of stay received less than 4 weeks prior to arrival will incur a charge of 4 weeks (or equivalent to whole of stay for shorter bookings). No refund for curtailment of stay after arrival or no show. Damage deposits required £250.
