Vancouver Adult Accommodation

VanMates offers a wide variety of rooms in Vancouver.  There are three types of room available: Flex, Standard and Master room.  The Master room has a private ensuite bathroom.  The flex and standard rooms have a shared bathroom.  

These are self-catering apartments with a shared kitchen and common rooms.  Students should bring their own towels but the linens are provided.  

Damage deposit is $300.  There is a $75 cleaning fee which is deducted from the deposit when students check out.  Airport pickup ($155) is mandatory with the VanMates residence in Vancouver.  

Our residential accommodation provides comfort and security away from home and gives you the chance to be part of an international student community.

A homestay family treats students as full members of the family, eating together and sharing common living areas. There are never more than 4 students in a homestay. You’ll feel very much at home with our homestay option. By living with a local family, you’ll be practising your English language skills every day in the most natural environment possible – the home. We’ll match you with the best family to meet your needs where possible and all homestays are carefully selected and visited regularly to ensure consistently high standards.
