Rathbone Apartments - Double
Our residential accommodation provides comfort and security away from home and gives you the chance to be part of an international student community.
Student Residence
- Fully furnished rooms
- Located in Zone 1, Central London
- Double and single rooms are available
- Minimum stay 4 weeks.
- Minimum age 18.
- Departures in October, November, and December will not be accepted.
- Other residences may be available on request
- Large double room with single occupancy: £560

Homestay - Standard
Homestay hosts treat students as full members of the household, eating together and sharing common living areas. There are never more than 4 students in a homestay. You’ll feel very much at home with our homestay option. By living with a local host, you’ll be practising your English language skills every day in the most natural environment possible – the home. We’ll match you with the best homestay host to meet your needs where possible and all homestays are carefully selected and visited regularly to ensure consistently high standards.
- Private & Twin room
- Half board (bed, breakfast, and dinner).
- Towels, bedding, and laundry provided by the homestay.
- Room cleaning provided by the homestay.
- Summer supplement: £35 p/w (July & August)
- Special Diet Supplement £35 p/w (Half-Board) = Coeliac, gluten-free, lactose-free, vegan, halal, kosher, nut allergy.
- Extra night £40 Single / £35 Shared (+ summer supplement if applicable)
- Shared accommodation is only available for 2 people traveling together. Cannot be guaranteed otherwise.
- Christmas Holidays homestay accommodation fee: £350 p/w ( from 20 Dec 2025 to 3 Jan 2026 & 19 Dec 2026 to 3 Jan 2027)
Other accommodation offer sometimes includes Private Home Accommodation. Private Home Accommodation is like Homestay Accommodation however there may be more than 4 students in the house and it only available for 18+. You will be informed if you are offered Private Home Accommodation instead of Homestay Accommodation.
Homestay - Premium

- Premium homestays are within 25 minutes walking distance from the school.
- Private & Twin room
- Half board (bed, breakfast, and dinner).
- Towels, bedding, and laundry provided by the homestay.
- Room cleaning provided by the homestay
- Summer Supplement: £35 p/w from July to Aug.
- Special Diet Supplement £35 p/w (Half-Board) = Coeliac, gluten-free, lactose-free, vegan, halal, kosher, vegetarian.
- Extra night £50 Single / £40 Shared (+ summer supplement if applicable)
- Christmas Holidays homestay accommodation: N/A for Premium homestay.

You will be informed if you are offered Private Home Accommodation instead of Homestay Accommodation.
Terms & Conditions
Accommodation is arranged in a carefully selected homestay on request. No allowance will be made for absence from the homestay during the time arranged or for late arrival/early departure. As per British Council regulations, we can place up to four students in a homestay.
Shared accommodation is only available for 2 people traveling together. Cannot be guaranteed otherwise.
- Airport transfer on arrival to homestay or residence (one way) From/to Heathrow or Gatwick Airport £150.
- Airport transfer on arrival to homestay or residence (one way) From/to Stansted Airport £205.
- Medical Insurance is available upon request.
